I recently bought a sit stand desk from upliftdesk.com. I am so glad I did! Its a great desk. When you are trading all day it sure helps to be able to stand every once and awhile. Here are some pics of my new set up.

Glad you find value in the blog! I do not currently have a way for you to get emails when I make a new post. That is a great idea though. I will look into how I can do that. What I have currently been doing tough is posting a link to any new blog posts on my twitter account, @aaronscd.
